Larry M. Segall earned a B.A. in Accounting from Duke University, graduating magna cum laude in 1974. He was awarded his J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida in 1977. He successfully passed the C.P.A. examination in 1977, but has not sought to complete the remaining requirements for C.P.A. certification.
Mr. Segall practiced law in Tampa for 18 years before joining with the Tampa attorneys at Gibbons | Neuman in 1995. He has developed expertise in several areas of the law including mortgage foreclosures, real estate transactions, real estate litigation, collections, probate administration, probate litigation and corporate law.
Mr. Segall is “AV” rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest rating obtainable for an attorney, as rated by his colleagues and members of the judiciary. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit and Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
In his time away from practicing law, Mr. Segall is an avid bicyclist, and when he can get away to the mountains, he loves hiking with his wife, Esther.
