The Firm’s Elder Law Attorney, Elizabeth P. Allen, was installed as the Administrator of the Thomas E. Penick, Jr. Elder Law American Inn of Court during a ceremony on April 14th.  The Penick Inn of Court is the nation’s first and only elder law Inn of Court and the only three circuit Inn.  Ms. Allen was the circuit representative for the 13th Judicial Circuit for the Inn before taking on her new position which will extend for a two year term.    The Penick Inn is part of the American Inns of Court which is an association of lawyers, judges, and other legal professionals from all levels and backgrounds who share a passion for professional excellence.  Members build and strengthen professional relationships; discuss fundamental concerns about professionalism and pressing legal issues of the day and strive to advance the highest levels of integrity, ethics, and civility.   The Penick Inn of Court focuses on issues that pertain to and affect the senior and elderly populations.
