Rod B. Neuman, John R. “Jack” Bello, Jr. and Stephen B. French provide Mediation and Arbitration Services for the firm.
Mediation is a confidential, alternative dispute settlement process designed to help parties reach a settlement of their disputes on agreeable terms, with the Mediator acting as a facilitator for the settlement discussions. Mediations can be scheduled either before or after a suit is filed or after a suit has been litigated for some period of time.
Arbitration is also a way to resolve disputes. The Arbitrator, after considering evidence, will determine the outcome of the matter. The Arbitrator’s decision can be binding or non-binding depending on the parties’ agreement or Court order.
